Michael Connarty visited events organised in his Linlithgow and East Falkirk Constituency to mark fairtrade fortnight. The local MP attended and was pictured at a special event organised by Whitburns four major Churches. The event, which was held in the towns South Church Hall, raised an impressive £480 which will be donated to the charity tearfund.
Michael also attended the fashion show and bazaar held in Linlithgow marking fairtrade fortnight and said "I really was impressed by the people I met at both of these well run events marking fairtrade fortnight. Both Whitburn and Linlithgow have cause to take pride in their status as fair trade towns.
